Reservation Conditions

Reservations are subject to the availability of the accommodation and payment confirmation. To confirm a reservation, the guest must complete the payment for the amount specified for the selected accommodation.

Reservation rates, security deposits, cleaning fees, or other charges are as advertised on the accommodation page at the time of booking. All prices include VAT at the legal rate in effect.

Payment Methods

Payment for reservations can be made using American Express, Visa, or MasterCard. Guests are also subject to the specific rules and policies of each accommodation.

Pre Check-In

Upon completing the reservation, the guest will receive an email or message from FEEL NAZARÉ with confirmation and important details about the accommodation.

Guests will be invited to fill out a Pre-Check-In Form, which is essential for preparing their stay. The form will request information such as arrival time, the total number of guests (to provide the appropriate amount of bed and bath linens), and mandatory information required by SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras).

The exact number of guests must be indicated in the Pre-Check-In Form. The number of guests specified in the reservation cannot exceed the accommodation's capacity. If the number of guests exceeds the limit, FEEL NAZARÉ reserves the right to request that the additional guests vacate the property without any compensation or refund.

FEEL NAZARÉ is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided in the form. Any attempt to alter or falsify information will invalidate the Pre-Check-In Form and may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Once the reservation is confirmed, the following fees apply in case of cancellation:

A 100% refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 5 days before the check-in date.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 5 days before the check-in date.

In the rare event of overbooking, the guest expressly acknowledges and accepts that FEEL NAZARÉ may relocate the reservation to a property of the same category, ensuring the alternative accommodation meets or exceeds the quality of the originally booked property, at no additional cost to the guest. No further compensation will be provided.

Stay Conditions

The reservation holder must be at least 18 years old and remain in the accommodation throughout the stay. Guests under 18 years old can only be accommodated if accompanied by an adult listed as the reservation holder.

The reservation holder must provide a valid address, phone number, and email.

Pets of any size, breed, or age are not allowed in FEEL NAZARÉ accommodations. If a pet is found, FEEL NAZARÉ reserves the right to request that the guests vacate the property without compensation or refund.

Smoking is prohibited in all accommodations.

According to the Schengen Agreement, the accommodation of foreign nationals must be reported to SEF. All foreign guests must provide the required identification information via the Pre-Check-In Form by the check-in date.

Guests must report any damages to the property, its contents, or equipment during their stay, even if the damage is considered regular wear and tear or not their fault. Failure to notify FEEL NAZARÉ may result in liability for the damages.

Additional Services

Additional services, such as cleaning or linen changes, are provided upon request and subject to availability.

FEEL NAZARÉ is not responsible for any services provided by external suppliers.

Check-In and Check-Out

Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-ins after 9:00 PM may require express self-check-in, which must be pre-arranged and depends on the completion of the Pre-Check-In Form.

The guest must leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness, with dishes washed and trash disposed of. Keys must be returned to the lockbox, and the door must be closed. Keys should not be left in the door lock.

If a guest refuses to vacate the accommodation, FEEL NAZARÉ reserves the right to enter the property, remove the guest’s belongings, change the locks, and take other necessary measures. Any costs associated with these actions will be charged to the guest.

Unapproved delays in check-out may result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

Additional fees apply for lost keys or lock-out incidents:

Lost keys/access cards: €50
Emergency call-out (9:00 AM–6:00 PM): €10
Emergency call-out (6:00 PM–9:00 AM): €25

Cleaning, Linens, and Towels

The accommodation will be cleaned before guest arrival. Basic services include one set of towels, bed linens, and some toiletries for each reservation.

Guests are expected to maintain the accommodation in an organized and clean condition. Trash must not be left inside or outside the property but should be disposed of in street bins.

Noise and Security

Nighttime quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, during which guests must maintain a peaceful environment.

Guests must not disturb neighbors or cause disruptions in shared spaces, such as hallways or building entrances.

FEEL NAZARÉ is not responsible for personal safety or items left behind after check-out.

Liability

FEEL NAZARÉ is legally responsible for its accommodations and the relationship with guests during their stay. However, it is not liable for occurrences outside the accommodation, such as building maintenance, external noise, or neighborhood conditions.

FEEL NAZARÉ is not responsible for personal injuries, theft, or issues with utilities (e.g., electricity, water, gas). Guests are encouraged to report any incidents to local authorities and FEEL NAZARÉ.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from a reservation with FEEL NAZARÉ will be resolved exclusively in Portuguese courts.
